My therapeutic style is active, warm, and engaged. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential environment for you to talk about your life, your fears, regrets, and self-perceptions that cannot always be discussed openly with others. In this atmosphere of safety and comfort I will support you in uncovering your innate resilience and capacity for healing. I maintain training in the most current evidence-based therapies, while strongly believing that, in the end, it is the person to person connection that makes therapy and healing possible.

I will support you in strengthening your relationship with yourself and the ones you love, deepening your self awareness, and gaining the insight you need to heal. Will will work on developing practical coping skills for triggers and stressors in life, giving you the tools you need to navigate the future and to look towards it with peace, clarity, and confidence.
